Some recommendations from Tropikoons!
We have been breeding for quite some time, and along the way we’ve found several products that we feel are worth recommending.
FOOD
We feed and recommend Royal Canin Mother Babycat food. Our kittens are free fed this food along with 2 meals a day of Blue Ridge Beef Kitten Mix (see below.) They are accustomed to these foods. If you prefer to feed something different, kittens must be transitioned slowly from this diet to avoid stomach problems. Always switch food slowly by adding new food to what they are currently feeding. I do not feed canned food until kittens are 4 months of age so if you wish to feed canned (any brand of your choice,) also add to their diet slowly. At 4 month of age you can switch from Royal Canin Mother Babycat food to Royal Canin Dry Kitten Food. I also like and recommend Famina Dry Kitten Food or Solid Gold Dry Cat Food.

LITTER
Our kittens are accustomed to Tidy Cats Breeze All-In-One Cat Litter. I realize there are lots of cat litter varieties to choose from but, if you decide to switch to a different type of litter, make the transition slowly and carefully. In general, most cats prefer unscented litters.
